We are a consortium of lawyers who recognize the peculiar nature of Nigeria's privatization program as well as its legal and regulatory framework. We recognize the structure and other problems of this environment. Furthermore, in view of the need to take maximum advantage of the lessons from the privatization experience in other jurisdictions, the firm works in partnership with international law firms.
